Reverse Exchange

The Taxpayer purchases a replacement property first, Bixel takes title to it, and holds the title and resells eventually the Taxpayer who has sold his/her/its sells the relinquished Property. Bixel Exchange sells and transfers the replacement Property to the Taxpayer to accomplish the even exchange. This type of Exchange is complex and requires a great deal of documentation which contains components of Exchange, real estate transactions, financing and management.
