H. Sean Dayani has been a real estate attorney for 35 years, licensed in the State of California and the District of Columbia, and has represented clients in any and all aspects of real property transactions including sales, purchases, developments, joint venture, financing and structuring over one hundred (100) 1031 Exchange transactions acting as an attorney and/or an Accommodator. Mr. Dayani is also a real estate investor and a private lender. He is licensed by the State Bar of California and District of Columbia as an attorney while holding a broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate.
Gina A. Kang
Gina A. Kang is a real estate industry investor and leader with vast experience in structuring, monitoring and consulting resulting in closing of hundreds of purchase and sale transactions, both as principal and intermediary, while owning and managing a very successful 1031 Exchange Company and Escrow Company. Ms. Kang has previously lectured to trade groups and she is extremely well versed in all technical and practical aspects of 1031 Exchange set ups as an intermediary, banking laws and micro management of the entire exchange process for the taxpayer. Ms. Kang has an entrepreneurial spirit owning several related businesses and managing over 50 employees as an owner and CEO. Her real estate experience and transactional work expands over 25 years.
